- It'll heat up your kitchen something awful.
- It makes a terrible mess.
- Your house will smell like cracklins for months.
- You might burn down your house.
DirectionsEditSlice pork into small pieces about 1/4" thick and 1/2" wide. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Fry over medium heat in a cast iron skillet until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
