Pear Salad, a favorite among the octogenarian set of North Louisiana.
Ingredients
- 2 cans pear halves, drained
- Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Lay pears on platter
- Put dollop of mayo on each pear
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of mayo
