Pear Salad

Pear Salad, a favorite among the octogenarian set of North Louisiana.

Ingredients

• 2 cans pear halves, drained
• Hellmann's Mayonnaise
• 1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Lay pears on platter
2. Put dollop of mayo on each pear
3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of mayo
